Otify provides:

• QR code generation linked to email addresses
• QR code scanning
• Email lead collection and management

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for your account security
• You must not share your login credentials

4. Subscription & Payments

• Otify operates on a $2.00 monthly subscription
• Subscription is required to access core features
• Payments are processed via third-party providers
• Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for spam or illegal purposes
• Collect emails without proper consent
• Misuse the platform

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have consent before collecting emails
• Complying with applicable laws (including the Spam Act 2003)

7. Data Ownership

• You own the data you collect
• Otify only provides the platform
• We are not responsible for how you use collected data

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Otify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• The service is provided “as is”

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur.
