End User License Agreement (EULA) – Otify
Acceptance
By downloading or using Otify, you agree to this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. License
Otify grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal or business purposes.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, or misuse the application.
2. Service Overview
- Generate QR codes linked to email addresses
- Scan QR codes and capture email leads
- Manage and export collected data
3. Subscription & Pricing
- Otify operates on a paid subscription model
- Australia (AUD): $2.00 AUD per month
- Other countries: pricing may vary based on currency, taxes, and platform policies (Apple/Google)
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Collect email data only with proper user consent
- Comply with applicable laws (privacy and anti-spam laws)
5. Data Usage
You retain ownership of the data you collect using Otify.
Otify acts solely as a platform provider and does not sell your data.
6. Prohibited Use
- Using the app for illegal activities
- Sending spam or unsolicited communications
- Abusing or misusing the platform
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.
8. Third-Party Services
Otify may rely on third-party services such as payment providers or email platforms. We are not responsible for their services.
9. Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia (NSW).
